Your lessons, streaks and review deck on every device — plus the bits that need a name behind them: suggesting edits, sending feedback, a page of your own. Free, optional, no card, no catch.

What an account is actually for
Five things — and not one of them is a paywall.
Months of work that can’t vanish
Signed out, a cleared cache or a new phone takes your streak and your whole review deck with it. Signed in, the worst that happens is you type a password.
Never learn the same week twice
Open it on the bus and you’re exactly where the laptop left you — same lesson, same saved words, same place in the deck. Nothing to find again.
A score worth beating
Six drills — matching, listening, spelling words back, numbers. Your best in each is remembered, so Sunday’s run is something Tuesday has to answer for.
Your family’s Punjabi, in the site
Nobody speaks it one way. If a word here isn’t how your side says it, say so from the page — we read every suggestion, and the good ones change what everyone else learns.
Confirmed emailProof you’re not the only one
Pick a handle, say why you started, post when something finally clicks. A lot of people here are learning their own family’s language late, and quietly. It helps to see them.
And everything else stays free without one. Every lesson, story, word list, the alphabet, the quiz, the games and the review deck all work signed out — your learning is simply kept in this browser. An account is what carries it to the next one, and what lets you put something back in. Have a look around first →
The small print, in plain words
We store your email, a securely hashed password (never the password itself), and your learning progress. Anything else — a profile, a picture, where you're from — is entirely optional and added later if you feel like it. We'll email you a link to confirm your address; until you click it, nothing syncs to our servers and your learning simply stays in this browser. Delete your account any time from your account page. Every lesson on the site stays free with or without an account. Full privacy policy.
